The company has demonstrated a recurring lack of compliance with the contractual agreements and the stipulated procedures, which represents a significant risk for the insured in terms of possible legal contingencies.
In particular, I have observed the following shortcomings:
1. Inaccurate Billing: The company has issued invoices with incorrect amounts, which generates confusion and possible financial discrepancies.
2. Insufficient documentation: The necessary documents have not been provided to prevent the suspension of insured vehicles, which could result in unnecessary sanctions.
3. Excessive Charges: Interactions with customer service have resulted in unjustified additional charges for various reasons or transactions.
Despite having four years of impeccable history with my vehicle, without any reported accidents, the company has reported an increase in the premium due to the alleged high incidence of accidents in my neighborhood. This justification is incongruous, considering the absence of personal incidents. Additionally, the company has demonstrated a lack of commitment to fulfill its contractual obligations when its intervention is required.
It is extremely disappointing to pay a considerable car insurance premium and receive poor service that does not meet the expectations set out in the contract. This experience has generated deep dissatisfaction and a loss of confidence in the companyβs ability to provide adequate and reliable service.
